Integrated within the core teams (Flash, HQWS, The Fridge, EVE), Jan Ising was deployed in a Senior Operational Leadership capacity, providing high-level, on-site execution and command for over 100 major events, protocol ceremonies, and broadcast shows across the vast Expo site.

In 2022, the UAE Ministry of Interior (MOI) mandated the consolidation of all Emirates' Police Graduation Ceremonies into one landmark event at the prestigious Al Wasl Dome, Expo 2020.
Executive Attendance & Scale:
The ceremony involved 2,500 Police Cadets and all Excellencies of the UAE, including the Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, demanding immaculate, high-level logistical and protocol precision.
Senior Protocol & Technical Integration Lead:
Entrusted by Memories Events Dubai, my role focused on developing and integrating the executive technical and protocol coordination required for this complex, high-stakes event within the unique, non-stop operational environment of Al Wasl Dome.
Culinary Entertainment & Long-Term Production Management
Pioneering the Dinner Show Format: Executive Management and Technical Direction for Hans-Peter Wodarz's "Pomp Duck and Circumstance," a high-profile production executed in cooperation with Cirque du Soleil, defining high-quality culinary and emotional entertainment across Europe.

This highly complex production—integrating high-class acrobatics, artistic performance, and fine dining—required years of hands-on, high-level management expertise, ensuring daily operational success.
European Development & Management:
Deployed in the crucial dual role of Resident Director (ensuring long-term artistic integrity and daily operational excellence) and Technical Director (overseeing the development of new venues and the complex logistics of this traveling enterprise). This included successfully adapting and managing the largest transportable star-rated kitchen in the world, alongside providing operational oversight for competing brands such as PALAZZO across the European market.
